We are Warwick Valleys Oldest Insurance Agency.

With our roots back to 1864,
we are also one of the oldest agencies in the tri-state area.

In 1999 John Sanford, Eric Nilsestuen, and Richard and Keith Savino decided to create Warwick Resource Group, based on the qualities that have made Sanford Insurance the diamond standard in Orange County. Our plans were to extend into other territories and specialties. Read on to learn how we have accomplished many of our goals.

Today we are one of the fastest growing agencies in the area. We are perhaps the largest firm with offices in all 3 county's of Orange, Rockland and Bergen.

2009 already started off strong with the addition of business through acquisition and more sales executives focused on niche business and over 30 major carriers now represented.

New Jersey: Our NJ Partners for many years Midlantic Agencies are joining Warwick Resource Group. Established over 50 years ago, Midlantic brings additional expertise in Restaurants, Bars and Taverns as well as additional Personal Insurance options. This will allow us to grow further into New Jersey and provide more options for our clients.

Rockland: As a result of our growth, our Rockland office moved to larger space in January to Bardonia (between Nanuet and New City) on Route 304. We are already the largest supporter of builders and remodelers in Rockland. Our small business executives are busy, and and we are growing our personal insurance division every day by offering more choices than many Rockland residents have had in one single office, on one call.

How do we keep growing in today's economy? Our formula is simple, personal service. Our clients all know their service staff on a first name basis, and generally know the Agency Principals as well. Our vast carrier selection means we offer many choices to fit almost any budget.

Our core Specialties in the Construction, Technology, Agriculture, Restaurant, Municipality, Professional, and Garage/Automotive industry's are widely recognized by local community's trade associations and the industry in general.

Our Agency Principals are committed to the industry, and community. We serve on many local and national boards, including PIA, ACORD, and AIMS. Our community involvement includes Rotary and Chamber of Commerce. Our office supports many local charities and events. One of our principals is well know for his Chili, served up at the local firehouse. We live where you live.

Warwick Resource Group has grown on a tradition of service, knowledge and quality of carriers. Our roster of carriers more than tripled in the last 4 years. This is reflective of our growth and commitment to providing updated products for our clients.
